A bead shop...

So I've been trying for a long time now to find another job that doesn't involve running round like a headless chicken serving people food and drink. As it stands I've not had much luck.
For ages now it's been a dream of mine to open a craft shop or gallery or bead shop, but lack of money was holding me back. I still have no money but as there are just no jobs out there I'm thinking it's my best option!
Has anyone else got a craft shop or bead shop?
Good idea/bad idea?
All comments welcome, any advice would be marvellous! :)

I say good idea. I don't have a shop myself so can't really offer any advice as such but I do believe in the whole "where there's a will, there's a way".
You could always start with an online shop?

Hi Bethany - I love your work - especially your needle felted hearts. It's nice to meet a fellow MMU graduate (although I'm much older and graduated many years ago in environmental science!!!) and a fellow Cheshire-ite. My daughter graduated last year from Stoke Uni. She did brilliantly and was awarded a first class in Fine Art. Now she dreams too of having a gallery/art shop/workshop - but like you has no money to realise her dreams. But she keeps trying and has exhibited some of her work locally in various exhibitions. Hopefully something will develop from this and she will eventually live her dream. I hope you do too. Keep up the good work, it'll be worth it in the end......
